ALLISON MADE CHAMPS!!!!

This was the first time that Allison had ever made Champs!! I was excited for her, but not necessarily excited because I had been there before and I knew how much waiting there was involved. A LOT!!!

We had to park at a parking lot far away and then take a shuttle bus to the actual place.

Our team had a tent that we squished in and had our camp chairs and food and such that we sat, talked, played games, and ate food until Allison's event got called.

 She was VERY excited to be here!!

FINALLY it was her turn to swim!!!

It is a two day event and we had to bring Michelle to this very hot event on day two because Chris was working.

Our CAA family was SOOOO sweet with her and were always so willing and wanted to hang out with her.

Cub Scout Twilight Camp

Matthew went to Cub Scout Twilight Camp and had a fun time.

He really enjoyed Archery and was pretty good at it.

Allison had fun getting to do Archery as well.

They retired flags but burning them. It was the first time I had ever seen a flag retirement. It was done very reverently.

Chickahominy Aquatics Association Swim Team 2016

This was our last year of doing swim team at CAA.

I loved the swim team families, they were just SOOO awesome, but I really wanted to be closer to our pool and also the kids that my kids when to school with it is fun for them to be at the pool also.

Anyways, Allison has really enjoyed swimming.

Last Home Meet pool party

Imagine that, Allison is with Coach Jen!!

The poor youngest had to come to their last swim meet and it was pretty hot out.

She is such a trooper

We were suppose to have our Swim Team Banquet but it started raining cats and dogs. Like POURING. We had to go out to our cars and just wait, but I didn't think it was going to stop. Allison REALLLLLLLY wanted to have the banquet, but I just didn't really think it was going to stop raining so that we could have it.

However, I told her she could pray to have the rain stop if she wanted to.

So she did....and within a few minutes it STOPPED!!

Seriously, this girl has a direct line to Heavenly Father. She is definitely Heavenly Father's precious daughter here on Earth.

We got to have the swim banquet just as Allison wanted.

Allison got the Coaches Award and I was SHOCKED!!!

She loves Coach Jen and loved that Coach Jen would drop her in every day at practice. They had a special bond, she will never forget Coach Jen.
