Chris and I bought baseball tickets through 12th man foundation last spring and because of that I got an email from them saying the Harlem Globetrotters were coming to town and I could get cheaper tickets since I was on their list. I have never seen them before but Chris said that I would absolutely love it and I should definitely get tickets to go. We weren't even sure if we were still going to be here in town but figured we should get them and if needed we would sell them if by some miracle we actually got a job somewhere. The end of January came and we were still here so I got to take Matthew with me to this. I was really excited about it and I love taking Matthew to events like this, especially when it is just he and I. (I need to start taking Allison more too, since when I started taking Matthew to volleyball games he was the same age as Allison is now so she is old enough.)
We got there and got settled. We had good seats and I was loving it. When they came out and I watched them, I was just laughing the whole time. They were so stinking funny.

They were playing I Get Knocked Down but I get up again.... and every time it said knocked down he would fall down. I don't know if I have ever heard Matthew laugh SO hard. He thought it was absolutely hysterical. It was fun watching and listening to him laugh so hard.

This is their mascot, Globie. Matthew wants to be Globie for Halloween. I don't know how I would pull that off but it would be cool if I did. If anybody has any ideas of how I could pull this off I would love to hear them.
I still can not believe how funny it was. I highly recommend going and if I ever get another chance to go I would love it.
